1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of calisthenics-corner.com and the Calisthenics Corner app, including the subscription offered in the app. The website and the app are published by D-Corp Studio (see our Legal Notice).
By using the website or the app, you agree to these terms.
2. The website
The website is free and requires no sign-up. We do our best to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee it (maintenance, outages, updates).
3. Your health comes first
The content of the website and the app (articles, programs, workouts, tips) is general information. It does not replace advice from a doctor, a physical therapist or a coach who works with you in person.
Before starting a program, especially if you have an injury, pain or a medical condition, or if you are returning to exercise after a long break, consult a healthcare professional. During a workout, stop the exercise if you feel unusual pain.
You train at your own risk. The adjustments the app makes based on your limitations or reported pain are aids, not a diagnosis.
4. The app
The app is available on Apple's App Store. Its use is governed by Apple's standard license agreement (EULA), supplemented by these terms.
The app works without an account: your data stays on your phone. If you delete the app or switch devices, your history cannot be recovered. Your subscription, however, stays tied to your Apple ID and can be restored from the app.
5. Subscription
Plans and pricing
Some features require a subscription, monthly or yearly. The price, including applicable taxes, is the one shown on the App Store at the time of purchase. It may vary by country.
Free trial
A free trial may be offered. Its length is shown before you confirm. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first payment is charged.
Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If the price changes, Apple notifies you in advance and, where required by law, asks for your consent.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, in a few taps:
- in the app: Settings > My subscription;
- or on your iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Calisthenics Corner.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
Refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store and follow Apple's terms, including for refunds and any right of withdrawal. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not handle payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
Promotional offers
We may run occasional offers (codes, discounts, win-back offers). Their terms are stated when they are offered.
6. What you agree not to do
- copy, resell or redistribute the content of the website or the app;
- bypass the subscription or try to access the app's code;
- use the website or the app in a way that disrupts how it works.
7. External links and affiliates
The website contains links to other sites, some of which are affiliate links (see our Legal Notice). We are not responsible for the content of those sites or the products they sell. Orders placed with a partner are governed by that partner's terms of sale.
8. Liability
We do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date content, but errors may remain. We are not liable for injuries resulting from training that ignores the safety advice in section 3, or for temporary unavailability of the website or the app.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. The date at the top of this page is then updated. Changes do not apply retroactively to a subscription period you have already paid for.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country.
If there is a disagreement, please email us first at contact@callisthenie-corner.fr so we can find a solution together. Failing an agreement, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
