We get to know you
Name, level, exercises you've mastered, pain points, equipment, barriers, goals... In a few steps, we build YOUR program. Not a generic plan: yours.
Your session, every day
Guided warm-up, exercises with reps or time, live progression and regression. You follow, you validate, you move forward. 15 to 50 minutes depending on your choices.
Track your progress
Total sessions, streak, current scores, exercises unlocked. After each session, give feedback and choose whether you want to level up.
